I wish ya'll would quit with the IPA's. Makes finding lagers and stouts hard to find!

I'll agree. I keep some on hand for the occasional recipe or when I'm feeling to lazy to bake.

You don't like any skins left in do you?

No, no skins in the mashed but funny if I eat a baked potato I'll eat the skin. I remember Wendy's had a food bar and you could fix your own (load it anyway) baked potato, it was good.

Vodka is easy in a mixer. I'm not picky. We typically just use <insert favorite mixer> and Costco (Kirkland) Vodka. We drink more Vodka than water so $12.99 for 1.75l is great when buying a case :D

But yes, throw something out there!

Mmm Wendy's is my favorite fast food but it's over 40 miles away and I don't think I've had it since we moved :(

Although before we moved it was about 30 miles away from home but at least on a commute path.

I don't know if it's a good vodka or not, but my sister has a empty bottle that's a skull.
I just want the damn bottle

I may be wrong on some things, but not IPA's.

Also, Marvel: Agents of Shield was a great show for 2 seasons, then it went to shit.

Grey Goose only for me. I’m kind of a vodka snob and mix I with water only. Squirt of lemon and lime. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll add some fruit.
This is the really good stuff…

    Not a fan…. It’s harsh. But again, vodka snob:notsure:
    I don’t disagree :crapstorm:

I just basically did a photo shoot of some of my vodka bottles:facepalm:

I can't do IPAs..... waaaay too bitter for my taste, don't like the hoppi-ness. My wife loves them, and especially Double IPAs (DIPAs).

I never really liked beer until I tried Guinness for the first time, in college. To this day, it is still my gold standard, though I have found other nitro stouts that are very good. It took me many more years to finally realize the primary reason I don't like [most] beers very much - I hate carbonation. I simply do not drink Champagne for this very reason, and I don't even drink much soda, because of the carbonation. Anytime I find a nitro stout, I am a very happy camper :yay::drunk:

There's a Wendy's about 12-15 miles directly East of us across the Missouri River in Iowa. I've made the trip a couple times.

We're very understocked right now since I've guilted us into cutting back on beers but I'll recommend the Obsidian Stout and the Vanilla Porter (though the Jeremiah Johnson one is loads better when you find it in season).

Grey Goose is our sipping Vodka. Agreed, the best.

Our current stash. The empty is a reminder to buy more

If you ever get to Costco. Try the below, it has that grey goose taste for a lot less. A lot of people say it’s exactly the same, just Costco branded

I believe I heard Moonraker was building a second location or something like that in your side of the hill. Highly recommend you give them a try. I'm not usually for IPAs at all but theirs are usually pretty decent and if not, they've always got enough alternatives on tap that you can find something you like. We used to go there almost every week :anonymous:

Not at all familiar with Moonraker, I take it they are over in the general Auburn area, or maybe Reno/Nevada side of the Sierras? Placerville area has had a few new local breweries open in the last 5 or so years, and at least one of them makes a nice stout, and a couple have IPAs that my wife really likes.
