    First time listener.... and caller.
Over the weekend I upgraded my '13 Toyota 4Runner.
I'll say it was a little unnerving cutting into my bumper the very same weekend that I bought the truck, but I love the results.

Any recommendations for a newbie for things for me to checkout in the forum?

Thanks! I’m no mechanic, but I play one on TV. Good with fluid changes (including headlight fluid), brakes, minor electrical, and I’m about to tackle a suspension life (spacers and shocks) after I pick up my quickjack tomorrow, so take that for what it’s worth.

The front bumper took me and a buddy at a snails pace… including trying to fish a nut out of the frame… please don’t ask how it got there… about 3.5hrs.

I tackled the rear with my 16yr old son, and it took also took about 3 hours, and that’s because I had no idea what I was supposed to do with the backup sensors, reading the instructions solved that problem. Realistically you could probably do the rear in 2hrs no problem.

I used these videos to help with install, and am happy to answer any questions about the process, the videos are good, but they do leave out a few things.
