My horn hasn't worked for over a year. I've checked everything from the relay to the fuse. I think it's the wiring in the steering wheel. I'm leery of doing anything since I don't want to mess up the airbag.

Since I'm not able to use the horn, I would like to install a horn that will work with the CH4x4 push switch. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would work and how to best install it?

I'm looking to spend no more than $150 and would like some decent affordable options.

Can an aftermarket horn work with a CH4x4 Switch?

Yes but you will need a relay as the switches are only rated for 3 amps max.
The most likely problem is the clockspring (spiral cable), it can easily be tested by grounding the horn wire with a test light and seeing if the horn works.
