SoCal Truck Spotting - Stalking for Some =P

I actually got 2 headlight flashes this weekend on my trip to San Diego. I thought to myself “this is new”. Maybe it’s a 3rd gen thing. We should definitely keep it going tho.

 

That means your lights were off lol!!

 

It doesn't help I wrapped my entire truck with Tacoma World and still no luck haha jk but can say I've done some mods, stick out from a stock Taco.

I've seen some built Taco drivers give me thumbs up/Shaka hand gesture..oh and middle finger too once lol

Maybe there was a cop hiding on his side. I do that to oncoming traffic when I see a cop hiding sometimes

It isn’t.
I drove the 4x4 for work for about a week while I was waiting for a replacement wheel for the X-Runner.

Took the coast home a few times and got flashed, thumbs up and shakas from other kitted out Tacomas and 4runners.

Work and life been so busy lately. Never thought I would say it but Im glad its cooling off outside. I have some front end maintenance clunking at me and I am also waiting for my spot at the JD Fabrication Laboratory to get my truck cut up. I'm thinking that I will be staying off the dirt until then. I am looking forward to camping in Ocotillo and doing some fun runs this winter though. I would definitely like to plan a trip with all the kiddos when I start to see how my truck build schedule is gonna lay down with the calendar.

No way, take your truck CAKED in the dirt cred!!! Harry HATES working on clean trucks. Boring, he's done too many.

 

At the 5.11 office on Irvine this morning. Thing is built. Interior is all done in materials from 5.11 too. Wish I could have stayed and chatted longer.
