Yes... I have had to replace my bed after every winter because the composite rusts away from the heavy rain. This year I coated it with Vaseline to try to beat it. Now it's tough to keep stuff from sliding at high speeds around in the box... oh well... a win has to come with a lose I guess :rofl::rofl:

4 years and no obvious signs of rust. I do hose down between the box side and the liner everytime I was it.

When in washing mode, I tend to spray between the bedsides and a plastic bedliner. I just added a tonneau cover this past December to keep rain, snow and particularly leaf litter outta my bed. Drilled holes in bedliner would always clog up, so would the factory ‘slots’, especially with the forward slant of the truck/bed. A bit of a wind vortex there too, so crap always accumulated along the front.

This makes sense. I just pulled everything in the cabin (sent DS seatbelt out for check and got new webbing with Safety Restore) as well as fixed a leak firewall/DS fender flooding DS floor pan… and in the process added a cig outlet in the jack storage compartment for a 2amp compressor based fridge/cooler.

Think a 200amp relay would suffice?! Not sure why I bought it other than for potentially doing alternator charging of trailer batts.

Wow... a 200 amp relay might be slight overkill!!! You would be fine with run of the mill 30 amp relay:eek:
