Anyone actually sing “99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall” all the way through? I did, me and my mates on the 7th grade football team sang the entire song during a team bus ride back from an away game... ah yes, a special memory from my youth.

For those who have yet to indulge, on your next camp outing, fishing expedition, bucolic shindig, fancy soiree, bachelor party, or debutant ball, give it a try and report back.

And please, we’re on the honor system here. For the love of God don’t progress all the way to the 20’s or teens and falter near the end; stick it out! If one thinks “that’s close enough”, and reports a completion, that would only cheapen the endeavor, and the offender would be plagued by guilt and remorse forever.

 

I’ll try. I know we will only get to 95. Trying to get a dozen+ drunk guys to anything is pretty useless.

 

I’ve always had a problem with this song. What do they mean by beers on the wall?
Is there a shelf on said wall? Or did you just nail 99 bottles of beer to the wall?
