Oh nooo, 55° for a low and 80-85° degrees year round would be my ideal.
Ok, I'd give up 2 weeks for hunting season for high of 50°

Thought I was close today. Worked about 6 hours before my body started tapping out and telling me I screwed up

I got stopped at a random DWI checkpoint the other night.

“Sir, how much have you had to drink tonight?”

    “Nothing officer. Just some coffee.”

“Do you have a police record?”

“Yes I do. Synchronicity from 1983.”

The cavalry squad was camped for the night. Suddenly, the silence was broken by the sound of Apache war drums.
The captain came running from his tent…

“Sergeant, I don’t like the sound of those drums!”

A voice from the darkness called out…

    “He’s not our regular drummer!”

    Goodmorning all of whateverville :pccoffee:

Seems to be awful lot of planned and unplanned to do stuffs creeping into my days off. That's life I suppose. Not obligated for much of it but, need to help mother and then there's family gathering for birthdays.

Recorded this sometime last week and watched a little last night. Made me wonder if the thread ever did a favorite scary movie poll. Mine would be the original Alien.

    Certainly.
I know this because of a memory from when I was 2 1/2.
    (I've mentioned this before)
Not a specific scene, just specific words:

    Sputnik Sputnik Sputnik
    Khrushchev Khrushchev Khrushchev
    Commies Commies Commies

It was on TV a lot and the grownups were all concerned.
It wasn't just news either, there were tons of skits on comedy shows, some of them very funny even now.
But that just attested to the shock and deep anxiety.

You can get a faint idea of it from the movie "The Right Stuff"...which most of you have probably seen.

I can imagine @Gritto , just made me think of old school books that I rummaged through at a grandparent's house years ago.
To say today's curriculum have changed would be a understatement.
