I have a 2018 Tacoma 4x4 SR5 V6 access cab. I noticed a front axle boot leak so decided to inspect. In doing so I noticed my front 5100's part number is 24-239270 (fits second gen.) also set on the top perch 2.5". My question is is there any differance in the length and stroke to the correct shock 24-263108. Maybe this is why my boot is leaking. I had them installed when the truck was new in 2018. Maybe this was all that was available in 2018?

    24-263108
    • Collapsed Length (IN): 17.58
    • Extended Length (IN): 22.22
    • Travel Length (IN): 4.64
24-263108 not recommended to use 5th perch for your truck setup.

    24-239270- 5.53"
    • Collapsed Length (IN): 17.03
    • Extended Length (IN): 22.56
