Stock shocks yeah. One of my thoughts is that the shock is bad. Getting a lift on Monday so that’ll be able to rule some stuff out

Same noise with my 5100s sitting at 4th notch. Didn't start until months after install on my 2019 with 25k miles on it... Curious as to what it is.

I had one similar that was super obvious on small bumps like where the pavement is about to give way to a sink hole. Chases it for weeks. Eventually pulled the sway bar for a different project and problem went away. Ended up being the end links

Unfortunately I don’t think it’s my links. Greased them up and they’re all good

Pro grille, Black SEMA wheels, air dam delete. Rear Blue Sumo springs. Front Timbren Active off road bump stops. Bilstein 5100s front and rear.
Mine used to make that noise till i changed to 5100s. I had Blue hitachis at stock height stock springs and they were shot to all hell. Noise went away after swapping to 5100s and i got Front Sumos now.

Keep us posted if you find a solution, I have the same noise and sort of learn to live with it.

Replaced my factory OR shocks with the new tuned ones for the OR. Noise is gone and the ride improved off road and on.

Yes, mine looked fine as yours do. Once I removed them they were both torn on due to the metal sleeve being miss aligned.

I’ll probably pick up poly bushings this weekend then and get them thrown in. It’s a pretty easy install if I remember yeah?

Yeah man I’m not sure. I’ve played the video over and over and I can’t see what you’re seeing

Yes installing is easy only takes a few minutes per side once you can see them. I remember replacing them and just thinking the headache of going back and forth with the dealer was not worth the $30 and a the amount of time I lost going was way more then labor time I put in. If that doesn't solve the issue here is a list of things to check.

Swaybar endlinks ( push up on swaybar near the link with suspension on the ground both side if there is any play in the joints, replace)

Swaybar frame bushings ( check the same way as the endlinks)

Swaybar ( check for any missing paint near the coilspring, sometime depending on suspension setup it can make contact with the spring)

Front struts/ coilovers ( worn top hat bushings can cause a similar noise, also check lower strut bushings for wear)

Skid plate ( check for tightness, if running diff drop check for clearance it may be making contact somewhere)

Alignment cams on LCA ( double check they are properly tight without rotating the adjustment side. These can make noise from shifting)

Ball joint (Jack 1 side at a time from lca, this removed the tension from the coilover. Now grab tire from 12 and 6 position and check for play. In addition check for axial play by placing a prybar under the tire and pulling up. If it has axial play the joint will pop in and out of the socket up and down)

Rack and pinion ( make sure it's tight, to check bushings have some one steer left to right repeatedly with the truck engine off acc on to unlock steering wheel. While someone does that check the rack for excessive play side to side. A minimal amount is normal.

If none of these are the issue I'd start looking at non suspension related items. Possibly drivetrain
