Strange occurrence today... pulled out of the parking lot going straight down the road 30 mph and I hear and *feel* a thump, thump, thump, in time with wheel and axle rotation. Seemed like the right front but not sure. I made a hard right onto a side street, stopped and checked what I could. No play in the wheels, nothing visible on the tires or undercarriage. Made the block making 2 more right turns back onto the road I was on and it's just gone. Truck is smooth and quiet as new. Also note that nothing changes when I make turns or zig back and forth like it there was a bad wheel bearing. I am thinking that the CV joint might be sticking and then gets loose? No visual evidence of a problem with that... the boot is OK, etc. Anyone had this issue or similar?
