can I put 18 x 7.5" rims on a 2nd gen 2wd access cab without affecting scrub radius?

I have an 07 2wd Tacoma access cab with stock 15 x 6 rims (35mm offset) and 215/70/R15 tires. I'd like to put 18 x 7.5 (40mm offset) on it with 225/50R18 tires. Can this be done without ruining all the configurations for scrub radius and clearance, handling etc?
