    I replaced TRD intake tube with Tundra version and new Denso MAF and I am getting CEL 0174, 0171, 0101 Lean Bank 1/2 and MAF error after several minutes of driving. Anyone else have issues after that swap?

    I got a new tune from JustDSM and double checked my old tune as well and both caused same errors. No errors at startup so I am assuming my wiring is correct from the instructions for splice harness.

    Wideband AFR crapped out and can't seem to get it back but I'll keep trying to fix that so I can see how low it is going. Truck seems to drive fine but I have only driven a few miles.

    You need to have the MAF re-scaled and re-calibrated because the tube diameter is larger than OE and the computer sees the error in airflow amount so it threw the code. Have Justin send you the updated calibration of the FJ/ T4R MAF scaling.

    Truck is running soooo much better than the bully dog tune. Can already feel there's way more in there. Excited for a dyno day once we get more of the drivetrain and engine/exhaust work done.

    Already ordered the Hewitt one. But I gotta say, shipped the very next morning, and arrives tomorrow.

    Also called AFE this morning to follow up on missing bracket issue. Looks like the missing part is on its way. Let's see if the bracket gets here before I delete the pump lol. Although I do still need to go do emissions testing for the truck.

    Alright.. I gotta get this figured out. @JustDSM are you available this weekend by chance? I need to buckle down and finish my HP Tuner Setup on the new Laptop so I can do some data logging and hopefully figure out this surguhg under WOT issue.

    Gutted the truck for some big changes coming.. and have been ripping around enjoying the new lighter weight and less roll, etc. But when getting on it.. it still surges, until I ease off the accelerator.. and ease back into it. The afr gauge reads fine, if anything it's still rich. No codes. Nothing out of the ordinary. Etc. I've tried testing with the Snorkel hooked up vs not. Same thing. I need to just get the data logged and see what it's doing, when it happens. I'm really thinking it's exhaust related. Like it needs to be opened up even more.. but thats just my non-expert opinion.

    I can be available. Lets get a date/time locked in so I can arrange my plans. But lets definately get some logs. Your tune isn't something out of the ordinary, but lets take a look at the logs to figure out what's happening.

    From past experience with folks reporting surging issues on S/C applications, plugs have been the culprit. When was the last time yours were changed, and what were they changed too? I'd ask that you have a fresh set on standby if possible. Even if they're just the standard TRD spec'd ones.

    Changed at 90k.. I'm at 130K now. Per my logs and build thread.. looks like I stayed with the IKH22's. The standard upgraded TRD plugs IIRC, right?.. Maybe its time to upgrade?
