Magnetic Zip-Tie Mounts

    Okay, I'm probably nerding out a bit too much, but work sent me to Columbus, OH last week. Which happened to coincide with the Good Guys car show (yay).

    These magnetic zip-tie mounts are pretty trick (vendor was there), especially for roughing-in wire routing. They're definitely strong enough to be permanent as well. Beats 3M adhesive mounts if you're not absolutely sure what you want to do.

    I can use quite a Few cables ties for what a few of these would cost.

    Though if you like gadgets I can see the appeal

    I have some of these that were left over from a project at work. They're great for locations that wouldn't be suitable for adhesive-backed mounts, but they are not very resistant to corrosion so keep an eye on them in the rust belt (hooray VT).
