Another USB question

Hello, does anybody know where I can find the USB cable that connects directly into the head unit (entune) and has the USB on the other end. Again I need the cable that plugs directly into the head unit. (female) See pic. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Plenty of male cables for aftermarket stuff but no female.
