I’m thinking about lifting my truck, 2021 Tacoma, 2in in front and 1in rear. The dealer is telling me I have to recalibrate blind spot monitoring sensors and avoidance sensors. Anyone have any insight?

You most likely won't need to recalibrate them. The worst I've seen is you may need a "zero point calibration." That can be done yourself with a code reader bought from Autozone or Amazon.

I lifted 2.5” front and rear and coincidence or not, my BSM fails every time I pull in the driveway of the dealer. Anywhere else on God’s green planet is completely fine.

Don’t quote me but I hear that some people put shims on the sensor to compensate for the lift. No recalibration required. Even if the dealer offers to recalibrate it still may not work and they will try to void your warranty.
