Stereo No volume

I did a sound upgrade on my 2017 Tacoma but it can only be heard via Bluetooth from the cell phone, the radio wheel to increase the volume does not work. the sound equalizer all appear at 0 and cannot be adjusted. I need help I would appreciate it thank you!!

What kind of sound upgrade? did you replace speakers? what model truck do you have? what radio do you have? We need alot more to go on than "sound upgrade".

 

I replace the speakers and I add another amplifier and I can listen to the normal music but only via Bluetooth but I can't turn up the volume because of the original radio wheel!

 

Does the volume on the steering wheel work at all?

 

Sounds like you forgot to plug a few things back into the radio when you removed it to install the amp.

 

Sounds like you need the installer to correct his errors.

Basically pull things back apart and triple check everything, verifying working properly before reassembly

 

without info about the components and harness', adapters, etc that you used/installed it's unlikely that anyone will be able to help you. Also, there is an audio/video sub forum that will probably be more helpful.

 

Was it installed by certified professionals?
