Anyone have a tire shop recommendation that’s somewhat central to the city? Anything not North County or deep East County is fine. I have some new tires on the way and want to make sure they’re swapped on my Volks competently.

 

Any place can do it competently, just need to let the sales guy know that they are expensive wheels and you will expect replacements if they end up with any scratches from his technicians.

I’m so over it. And I even had security hardware for everything but I guess pin heads are no match for these degenerates. Even if I found these assholes the cops wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything. And as pissed as I am, I don’t feel like getting shanked over a light bar.
Just filed the police/insurance report a few hours ago and we’ll see what happens.

Sorry man, that's super lame. They probably had an eye on your truck for a while. Might be time to do the kill switch mod, just in case. Do you have a dash cam by chance?

 

Yeah definitely cased. Even if insurance covers I might be hesitant to put the lights back on.
I’ve been thinking about the kill switch mod but haven’t found one that people seem to agree on. Any recommendations?
No dash cam either, appreciate any recommendations there too.
