Got some factory Bajas and going to replace my factories with them. Can I swap tpms sensors too or are they vehicle specific?

Even if they fit, your truck is 9 years old and I assume the original sensors are in there. Typical life is 7-10 years although some last longer. The ones in my Tacoma were still working at 14 years. But I replaced mine in February when I got new tires. You can pick up new sensors on Amazon for $20 each. Any tire store will not charge extra to install them when mounting new tires.

If you wait until they go bad you either have to wait until you need new tires again, or pay $15-$20 per tire to have them installed. Cheaper to be proactive and just replace them now.
