Which 5100s for my 1998 2.4 5lug

I have a new leaf pack for my 5 lug. It adds about 2 inches to the rear. the bilsteins at stock height are too short. Ive purchased some 5100s, but the bushings are too big ID and width for the stock shock mounts. Should I add shims to the ID of bushings? Did I order the correct 5100s for this build? New shock PNs: BE5-D559-TO and BE5-D560-TO
