Need some advice on 2007 Tacoma SR5

I looked at a 07 SR5 that had a rebuilt title and confirmed that it was rear ended and there was frame damage. Don’t know much about the repair. Could use some advice if it’s okay or should walk away. Accident happened in 2015 at 94k, now sits at 163k

Take a look at the frame by the cats. That’s where the holes like to show up first.
That rust has me “worried”
