I think my favorite was a 78’ Toyota Celica GT, Black, 5 speed 2 door. It had a crank sunroof and a rear window spoiler.
I had to sell it because at the time, was living in a multi unit house and the landlord didn’t like un tagged cars in the yard.. can’t really blame him. I used to park on a hill and pop the clutch to start it. Got a 82 Grand Prix for cheap and was going to fix the sillycar, but ran out of money and time. Sold it for 450$

Yes, I have 3 kids and 2 granddaughters. Not only do they know me, they think that I’m the best dad/grandpa in the world. I did it right with my kids despite having a few loose screws.

 

My still bff, had one of those that was a hand me down from his father. I believe the one he had was a few years newer. We did a road trip from Phoenix AZ to California one weekend. I had never seen the ocean before so that was our mission. If I recall it had over a quarter million miles on it when we drove it there. It was a tan color but looked much like that with the rear window louver and all.

It was a toasty 91 degrees today but very nice with no humidity.
I have no idea what kind of bug this is but they were out in numbers today. They stink horribly bad when you smash them so pretty sure the generic stink bug.
