He guys, I was wondering if you guys can help me out. So I have a 2020 TRD Sport and Im wondering if there are options to smooth out my ride. Its smooth but when I go over some damaged street/freeway patches it seems to shake a lot. I don't want to lift it but maybe a shock upgrade. Would a bilstein 5100 help improve the ride quality. if anyone who has experienced this can shed some knowledge it would be appreciated. Thanks

I would recommend going to the dealer and test driving an Offroad model.

If you like the way it feels, check out your local Craigslist to see if anyone is selling their OR take-offs for cheap. You might also check the TW regional thread for CA and see if anyone is offloading their shocks. I personally gave mine away to a fellow TW member, so don't pay a lot for them.

If you don't like the OR option, then yes, many people have installed the 5100's at factory height and really like them. Again, you might post up in the regional thread and see if anyone has 5100's installed. Maybe they'll take you for a ride to feel them for yourself.

After that? The sky's the limit, just depends on what you want to spend.
