That first post was basically a joke, but the more I think about it the more fun it sounds. That, and you make some rather compelling arguments. We'll see what develops, I may just find myself up there!

What @Slashaar said, I make pear cider. Limited on volume and no guarantees regarding its quality...

Otherwise, I'm sure I can scrounge up some decent local stuff for trade, or there's always cash.

    Hey now. Not for trade!

I support your support for this

    Did you post nudes again?

Looks interesting... Hopefully they'll build it themselves rather than sub it out like Toyota. I didn't even know they were bringing it back.

    Weellllll......

One guy in our group was trailering his third gen with a custom bed and 37s... His tow rig blew the transmission two and a half hours in. So he gets a U-Haul and hooks up his trailer which uhaul doesn't like but they don't need to know and makes it to Tennessee. Takes all kinds of flack from the people hosting for using a U-Haul to tow his rig in but whatever. We made it. Day two he's on a double black diamond trail and blows his engine. Granted, he was looking for an excuse to do a 1UZ swap anyway, but... One of our guys recovering him blew his transfer case. The group that hosted the event provided 0 aid and in fact took to Instagram to mock our guys for wheeling hard. Warfab and other industry giants actually came to our guys defense which was a lot of fun to watch happen in real time.

I was not on that trail that day, I was with another group that got split up due to really bad communication and team management. So me and a buddy went and rescued a couple of people who were wondering around the mountain aimless. Got them hooked up with their group, found our group, tagged on as tail gunners and we were promptly then led into a trail that side by sides would have had trouble getting through due to it just being not maintained because of various shutdowns and staff shortages and disease outbreaks, the park has not been able to keep every single trail open or maintained, plus the remnants of a hurricane ida had just blown through.

So getting the group through there with some really inexperienced FJ drivers was... Extremely tasking. But we got them through. At this point, the sun is going down and we need to get this big ass group of tired and hungry people off the mountain. We have two options, take the mining trail, G1 which connects to the paved road and get us out of here, or take the backtrack out to the overlook, which is also a mining access road but is not in necessarily great shape. The overlook, while a great destination in of itself, is tremendously not close to the base of the mountain where you exit the park.

I recommended that anyone who wanted to leave could go with me and we would take trail G1 out and be on the paved road in roughly 25 minutes no big deal. I was told by the so-called leaders that that was foolhardy and that G1 would take 3 hours to get the group through. So they left without me while my vehicle was turned around facing another way because I was helping a side by side that was having issues.

All in all, the group that hosted this massive event did a really bad job of keeping things managed and organized which is unusual for them. But, I took G1 out and was off the trails in 23 minutes. Because believe it or not, these trucks can be driven like Subarus if you know what you're doing. Oh and then they didn't take the meal tickets we paid for that night. So that was BS. Lol.

But @Sasquatch3153 And I stayed an extra day and wheeled with some of our friends from Ohio and had a freaking great time when most of the people had already left.
