Led Foglights

I put in LED fog lights they were working perfectly for about 2 days then they just wouldn't turn on. I took them out and they were wet, I put then back in 2 days later they worked fine now they arnt working anymore. Also I tried putting some led drl lights in and now my drl lights and turn signals not working.

Have you tried checking for blown fuses?
If you put the original bulbs back, do they work?

 

bulbs were burnt out the only time I have ever seen the fog lights work on this truck was when I first put the leds in. The fuse is good.

 

Why are LEDs so popular when they are so troublesome?

 

I wouldn’t worry with any lights until you get the water issue sorted out.
Yeah, it’s possible to have lights still work with wet connections, but it isn’t good for them.
I’m with @Jimmyh, I’d go back to OE and call it done. That is after you repair those connectors.

When you say you put "LED fog lights in," do you mean you replaced the whole OEM assemblies or just put LED bulbs in the OEM housings?

 

I tried Amazon LED H11's twice, the gasket around the base leaked on both sets. You're better off using quality halogen bulbs in the factory lights or swapping to an LED pod like DD SS3's or KC G4's.

 

Led bulbs in housings made for halogens are not worth your money that you are spending on bulbs. Like 308savage mentioned get some diode dynamics and you’ll be much happier

 

I changed out to KC G4's earlier this year due to moisture issues in the lamp housing. Great upgrade.
