Frame recall / spray - anyone done it here?

Was cleaning up the office and ran across papers from a year or so ago about getting the truck looked at by the dealer and getting it sprayed.

I have a 2014. Looked under the truck and you can see a few rust spots, mostly surface rust by welds. But nothing flacking off or holes or anything. Frame mostly looks pretty good. Just curious if anyone else has had their truck sprayed or frame replaced in CO, and what dealer they dealt with. Reading on the forum seems like it's pretty much dealer discretion, it'd be nice to find a good dealer to deal with from the beginning. I'm in S Aurora, but bought my taco from used from a Mercedes dealership and it's never been back to one since.
