Is that a photo of an intact clip you removed from a door? When I read: "My xtra cab side panels in my cab have a lot of broken ones." I came to believe it is not a photo of your actual clips.

This appears to be a two-part clip and I think it is likely not what you are looking for.

 

Not likely. This is an illustration of a "christmas Tree" type fastener which is not what OP illustrated.

Go to Napa and ask to see the clip and pushpin book. It’s a big 3ring binder full of those clips of all types. Match it up, walk to the shelf and grab a bag of that part number.
