I don’t blame you a bit. I’d be using Libre again if Dexcom wasn’t cost effective. It took an act of congress to figure out how to get a CGM through insurance since I think it’s billed like durable medical equipment and had to come through another supplier. Such a ridiculously convoluted system. The fact that no one can tell you with any certainty what you will pay out of pocket is insane.

If we go outside of the hospital network(sat ER in GA), they only cover like 50%......but will cover damn near all of it if we use their services.

You'd think they'd realize that it's cheaper to help treat diabetes than let the complications take over

I wrecked my 2004 Tacoma V6 4x4 crew cab in Alabama. I thought I had full coverage and it wouldn’t be so bad but I don’t. I’m at a loss.

What do I do? I’m from Texas and work in Alabama. The yard wants $500 + $40/day.

That sucks. Do you know anyone that you work with that may let you store it at their house? Does it still run/drive?

It doesn’t run and drive. The front right tire was torn off. The coworkers that are from Alabama are about 1.5 hours away.

I'd hate to say it but give them a ring and you may end up swallowing a big tow bill till you can sort our if it's worth repairing or not and what to do.

They want the title + $500 and they’ll stop charging me $40/day. I was hoping I could give them the title to waive the fees.

Don't do that. What's the 500 for the recovery and tow bill?
