Flushed the crankcase with epr and did an oil change. And put some stripes on the grille

 

Bought Taco a friend last week so it won't be lonely now that my daughter has my 2008 4Runner.

The front runner roof racks are for sale and will be listed on the 2nd Gen Marketplace the next few days if anyone is interested.

 

Added the topper today and the Rokblokz mudflaps. drove to Charleston,WV to pick up the topper and got the flaps from TacoTuesday1 here on the forum.

Finally finished installing my 4x Innovations rear dual swing out bumper...!



Also got the plate lights wired up so I'm street legal, lol

Replaced my carrier bearing today.

 

Put back the original speaker connectors going to both front doors.
I want to add heated mirrors and the connectors I added (for power mirrors) don't have enough terminals for speakers, power mirrors and heated mirrors.
I'll run the power mirror and heated mirror wires in the connectors I removed.

Ordered some of the connectors for my navigation install V2.

 

Put on my stock wheels and studded duratracs for winter also replaced my sway bar end links

Yesterday i discovered that my frame is rusting right underneath where AC condensation rubber fitting is. What a shame, California frame is rusting!!! My guess is that AC drips a water on that spot of the frame and it start to rust, i have no other explanation.

 

Very common, many have done the drain extension mod.

 

Don't people with 2nd gens do the same a/c drain mod as 3rd genners.

 

What started as just throwing on some seat covers turned into me tackling quite a few projects I had sitting aside.

Under hood lighting and winch lighting:




Wired up some reverse lights using another set of Baja s1 pods. Love how compact these things are.









Finally I got to the seat covers. I ended up pulling the seats in order to make it easier along with clean up the carpet some. This led to me installing the sub/amp combo that I’ve had sitting around for a while now.
