    The lower control arm suspension bolt won’t come out.

    Make sure the strut is not compressed. Put a nut on the end and bang that shit out!

    That's where it connects to the shock, correct?
    If so just tap the end with a hammer. After you have the nut off, there's nothing else threaded about that connection.
