The good news is that the stock matt fender color is ugly to begin with. I sanded mine and sprayed raptor bed liner over it. Looks better than ever. Keep babying it for as long as you can!

This is my worst parking nightmare next to a barrage of shopping carts from a windy day.

The day a picked up my truck, I opened the hood, took the key and put a scratch on the underside. The salesman looked at me funny.... I looked at him and said the first scratch is the worst, at least I know who did it. ;)

I have a feeling I made this scratch myself as well.

A very level-headed work around for the inevitable.

Mine came brand new with scratches from shipment. Toyota did me a favor so I don’t have to worry about that first scratch.

My wife noticed light scratching on delivery, in the Dealerships brightly lit garage. I could barely see it, or cared, but we ended up getting a free "long range" car starter out of it.

Really only needed some serious buffing, but I still don't notice it to this day. Car starter has been great in the winter.
