Nothing planned for the hinge kits or DIY parts that you emailed me about.

@traxman25 on your website it says license plate lights included. Looking through pictures in this thread has left me somewhat confused. I'm not seeing any pictures of the bumper users have posted that include license plate light cutouts.

Yes the lights are included. They are integrated into the bolt that holds the license plate onto the bumper.

Yeah it is very clean. I'm trying to find pictures, that I remember taking when we first started doing them this way, but of course they have been lost to the abyss apparently. Probably taken on a phone and never cataloged. The only draw back is the wires through the nut area a pain if you need to replace your lights.

Here is a picture of what I did. I don't know if it is the right way or not but it works for me. I drilled two small holes in my license plate and put the lights right under the letters. I used a quick disconnect so if I want to take off my license plate I just undo the top bolts and unplug it.

Looks like I found the rear bumper/tire carrier I've been looking for. Heres my current setup:

My daughter was rear ended a few months ago. The check is supposedly on its way in. We shall see.

Kinda stupid question but there isn't a video of the assembly of the rear swing out arms, is there? Looking through the instructions (still very detailed, by the way!) I was thinking it would be nice to have more visuals to help with the process.

Also for the record: EPIC TURNAROUND TIME, FELLAS!

Ordered July 16th and all the parts got here last week. That's about as fast as you can get for a fab that isn't local. Stuff is very beefy and test fit when super smooth.

Just working on painting all the parts before the final assembly hopefully this weekend. Took my old bumper off and not putting it back on since it had a decent dent which made it a PITA to remove. Hoping that with the tow package I can get a little money back for it...

Thank you for the great word! Unfortunately we don't have an install video for the tire carrier, but at least we do have the written guide you got. It is something we might look into doing in the future.

Did all the bedliner myself and the wiring for the plate lights.

Only thing I couldn't figure out is the trailer power hook up. Kinda shoved it in there but feels like I'm missing something (it will definitely fall out if I go wheeling, there's no bolts or anything holding it in there)...

Is there an adapter to fit the OE socket in there?

Did your bumper come with install instructions?

We don't have an install guide for the bumper itself yet, a guide for the tire carrier and tire carrier options is included if you're getting that. Getting the bumper onto the truck is very straight forward. Simply unhook the stock wiring harness and unbolt the stock bumper/trailer hitch from the frame. Our bumper bolts back into the same bolt holes. The hardest part is installing the license plate lights. The stock lights are used and they get slip into a bracket that is provided and bolt to the bumper using provided hardware. All factory wiring is used with no need to extend or rewire anything (with the exception of relocating the camera to the tire carrier if you added that option). We're certainly available to help if you have any questions along the way.

Ok thanks. I was wondering what the 2 identical brackets were for. I am sending the bumper out for powder coat tomorrow, I have to straighten out some damage it took during shipping- the bumper was shipped bare with no protection

There were no instructions, but it just bolts back on as the old one came off. It was super easy, other than it being a heavy.

I can tell you my bumper didn't mount straight up for me. I had to use a rotary file on every hole in order to get my bumper to look straight and somewhat square with the box. Between the bumper mount hole farthest from the bumper face and the frame, (the bottom two mounting holes), I put a .134 thick washer on each side as a spacer. It looks good now, not perfect, but good.
Being in the rust belt I sent my bumper to a galvanizer, (AZZ) and had it galvanized before I painted it. I can't believe galvanizing it had anything to do with my issue with mounting it.

One thing to consider with any bumper installation, is the fact our beds are often not aligned properly. You throw your bumper on and it appears misaligned. Look closer and you may find it's the bed that's jenky, with differing distances from bed to cab on each side.
