How's that case? I was going to get it too, but the hulkman is just in the box under my passengers seat now. I ordered mine last night it was here at 7 am.

I just got the case an hour ago and put the Hulkman in it along with all the cables and clamps. Perfect fit. Nice protective case although a bit pricey. I put in behind the driver's side passenger seat back along with my strobe flares. Fits perfectly and everything is in one place. All I need now is the Makita tire inflator I've been eyeing up, but I'll have to wait a bit so as not to piss off the Mrs.

I’ve had three replaced in less than three years. The oem battery is trash. I’m also in New England, the winters kill them. My trucks left me stranded each time. New one has lasted, fwiw

Definitely grab a jump pack if it’s within your budget. I bought a NOCO GB70 2000a @ AutoZone a while back. Listed for $239, but they price match so I paid $200. Cheesy that they just give you a drawstring sack with it instead of a case, but no biggie. Mine sits inside a gallon ziploc freezer bag and stows in a MOLLE pouch in my bed.

I haven't opened the case yet. I did fully charge the jump starter and tuck it into the truck in its original box.
I'll open it this weekend and get back to you.

I recharge my jumper every couple of months. (when I remember) Since this is an emergency item, and I've bought it and store it in my truck, I want it as close to full charge as possible. It doesn't matter what brand you have, they lose charge just sitting in your truck. Enough to not turn you engine over after two months? Probably not, but then again it's for emergencies. I have the GOOLOO GP2000 and have used it twice (same friend) and it fires it right up.

Seems that batteries as a whole are getting less and less life. Sure the vehicles rely more and more on the system but I've been having terrible luck with them the last 4-5 years.

Replaced my oem battery at 80,000 mi and 5 1/2 years. It was still good but with winter coming on.... I use my jump pack for running my compressor and portable shower unit. Then just recharge when I'm driving. I haven't used it to jump another vehicle but it's ready..
