Got my 2LM switch and harness installed today. Worked like a dream. Highly recommend this for those who drive MT and tow…especially reversing uphill. Clutch saver!

It’s crazy how big of a difference tires make. Of course my goal was never to modify...

Now I’m thinking black rims, more tint, de-badge, tiny lift, roof rack, etc. y’all weren’t kidding this stuff gets addicting.

Dudeeee, the addiction is real! That’s about all of the mods I’ve done, the ones you mentioned… and I’m about $10,000 in. It’s just absurd. I justify it by saying I went without a vehicle for the past year so I was saving $$$… but at this point I can no longer justify it

    Happy modding, my friend!

It REALLY does make a difference. It may be one of the first things I notice when I see a new Tacoma, but that’s maybe because I’ve done it so I’m more focused on it.

    Yours looks sharp! Nice truck!

That's a horrible idea. What time?
I've been running Bosch but just switched to silicone to see how they do.

    Depends on what Model Tacoma.

If your Truck is Manual Transmission or SR/SR5 with traditional type chip key, this
one is what I got: https://www.ajtdesign-llc.com/online-store/Manual-SR5-Fob-Case-c69666006
Be sure to watch his video on setting up the new key and taking the original apart to transfer the parts. You will destroy the original to get the security chip out of plastic. there is no going back.

    for push button start Tacomas:

V1 holds the laser cut key inside

V2 is slimmer but doesn't hold the key inside

Your on the wrong site my fellow TW member if you honestly thought you were going to remain stock. Modding does get addictive sometimes. Especially when you see something done that you didn't even know you needed or wanted until you saw it here.
