I thought I was having a good day. Four women asked me to go out.

Turns out I was in the ladies room.

 

Cruised to Lincoln and stopped at Scheels then took some Arby's to my mom for lunch. Mom says the food sucks there at the rehab place.
Some real good sale prices on reloading supplies (actually sale priced down to what they cost 10 years ago) mostly bullets.
Thought of Bob...

 

Back home for a moment to fill my coffee cup, now 30 minute drive in a different direction to help a retired former coworker out. Called me this AM and said he had to buy a new television and ask would I help him because he couldn't get it out of the box.
Sometimes I look at helping folks out that maybe if I'm lucky (?) enough to get old that maybe good karma come my way...too

Therapist says not 2-3 but 3+ months. He will talk to surgeon to get a better idea and go from there. He also said my ROM is where it should be at this point and that’s good. Resume with sling for awhile longer. Thanks everyone for your concerns and sternness on advice. Very much appreciated..

 

Can't fault your logic.
That's basically why I doubt I'll ever shoot another deer.
Too much work involved if you're dumb enough to shoot one in rough terrain far from a road.

Also agree about tree stands (I owned one once upon a time).
You get cold, bored, gotta take a leak...

Sneaking through the woods on high alert was more my style.

Nevertheless, I go out every year during buck season and take my rifle for a walk.
Not every day, but if the mood strikes and I'm up for a hike.
I have a hunting license anyway (Lifetime Senior), so why not?
