Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Fact remains that if you downshift a lot, you're using your clutch a lot more. If you're only downshifting once when coming to a complete stop, I suppose the difference isn't great. Not sure about fuel consumption when compression braking.

A usable 120 volt outlet (with a higher amperage rating) in the bed. While at it, put an outlet in the cab as well.

I wish the latest iteration of Tacoma returned to the "small pick-up" size of the 1st Gens rather than the current "mid-size." Everything keeps getting bigger! Bigger is not always better. At least when it comes to trucks. ;)

Why the factory doesn’t install box lights… is so beyond me. If it cost me 30$ on Amazon it couldn’t cost Toyota much more than $10… just add it to the sticker.

    ** also - interior LED lights. It’s the 2020’s.

Taco could use a lot more things. But more power would be top of the list

Plastic clutch pedal is a travesty, should have been metal like the FJ Cruiser. That can be fairly easily resolved if I just get around to doing it.

A slightly lower reverse gear ratio would have been nice.

Other than that, I'm pretty good with the truck. I mean, sure, the 4.7 V8, would have been nice....

But opposed to what? Might as well just pop her into neutral and brake to a stop like a 16 year old with their first stick shift car
