All kinds of little easy stuff

Just got one of these installed by the dealer & it looks great, only problem is it opens while driving. Not always but sometimes. It is engaged when closed & there are no uneven gaps. I try to recreate shaking it while parked and it is fine. Anyone else have this issue & how did you fix it. There is a bit of side to side play but not enough to unlatch it while I move it by hand.
