How's everyone! I am looking for this type of fenders for my truck, can someone recommend me where to buy?

 

That looks just like a 3rd gen or/sport/sr5 with the flares removed... if you remove yours, it should look the same.
The sr is the only model that didn't come with fender flares or the holes to mount one.

 

I was looking at how to install the SR5 to check what the minimum modification to the truck is, I like the most original that can be!

 

The pic you posted of the truck, the guy removed his flares to fit those 35's and not rub. Your truck should have come with the plastic thing on the wheel well , your truck should look like the truck in the posted pic,
Off road came with black
Sport/limited/ sr5 came with color matching
So, you shouldn't need to do any modifications to accomplish that look. Just remove the flare.
If you are looking to change the color of the ones on your truck, then you may need a few new plastic clips as they easily break.
