Sold my Tacoma just a few days ago. 5400 miles. 49k did I do good? Seems I'm finding some that are close to that price with more miles.

Where are you seeing them? If you’re seeing them at a dealer then you can guarantee whoever they bought it from got significantly less than what they’re listing at.

Saw one on craigslist a month back. Was a 17 with 70k on it that sold for 40k. I only paid 49 for mine when I bought it so I didn't lose anything but, didn't know if I could have gotten more.

You drove a truck for free so even if you didn’t “win” by getting the most…. You surely didn’t lose

    Enough for now
I’m impressed by the low mileage tbh. Was it a weekend vehicle?

What you see as listed and what is actually paid for when purchased maybe 2 completely different things. There no way to know unless you are there for ever deal made. So take your money and run... stop looking back.

I am totally stealing this for when my wife reminds me how much the new truck cost compared to her Jeep and my old Cherokee.

"Honey, you have to understand how investment vehicles work. Don't think of it as an unnecessary expense, it's actually a nest egg..for the future."

    You did awesome,,,,,,,
So long as you don't need a vehicle or it was second. If you need to turn around and purchase another new/er vehicle, you're going to over pay on that, thus giving back profits to the next guy.

Thanks. I really didn't use it much. KBB was 48k and some change. I know I didn't do bad at all but, was just curious if any money was left on the table. Didn't lose any money for what I paid originally so I'm a happy person.
