So I guess this is where we post our truck's progress...mine will be modest compared to most. i have far too many hobbies and kids to devote enough time and money to building what I'd actually WANT to build, so this will be pretty boring to most of you. i figure this will just be a good spot for me to track my own work. Some amazing Tacomas on here...I applaud you guys.

    Without further adieu,

My Tacoma. 2107 TRD Sport. Purchased with several "annoying mods" already in place for your pleasure!

It appears to have the dreaded Pro Grill swap, and perhaps a wheel swap as well? Not sure what wheels came with the sport...perhaps someone can help me out? It's got a set of 265/70/17 BFG KOs, which appear to have plenty of room to spare. I intend on putting 285's on when these are worn.

It appears to have an OME lift...not sure of the height or spring rate. I assume it's a 2". If someone knows how to identify the spring rates, please chime in. There is definitely some desire to go to a 3" ICON, but it'll be hard to justify with the cost and the infrequent hardcore off-roading. It'll be mostly used as a daily driver, with some camping, boat hauling, and some utility use thrown in.

The only thing I've added since I bought her was a Leitner Forged ACS rack. I pan on picking up a Decked box next week. I like the versatility of that combination.

Looking for options for over the cab. Prinsu, UpTop, etc.

All comments, suggestions, info is welcome...
