Rattling inside door?

Have this rattling sound coming from what I think is inside the drivers door. Kinda sounds like the window is shaking in the track but I can put the window down some and it still makes the same noise. Tried pushing and holding everything but can't seem to find it. Anyone else have this issue and find it?

 

Don't have anything down in the door pocket moving around do you?

 

Don't think so unless it's something small way down there. I'll double check tomorrow to be sure

 

I have attached a screen shot maybe give some ideas on rattles. Bushings in rails? Small arrows in pic the circles are mounting points that may have loosened or broke
