    I picked up my TC uppers used for cheap but they did not come with hardware. i used the stock outer washers and picked up I think 1/2" thick fender washers from lowes. They were like $2 a pair. I ended up having to open them up with the ol step drill but they do the trick well. They held up fine to wheeler lake.
