    Installed this receiver with these parts. Please be aware that this requires the wires to be soldered and the dash kit bracket to be used in order for it to get this close to flush. I highly recommend professional installation since it is a pain to install.

    Also soldering wires sucks so choose to have those pre-soldered if that's an option at purchase.

    I’ve been debating which head unit to go with.
    How are you liking the 7600

    i see that there’s some tilt in that, is that adjustable?

    I like the 7600. Having it connect wirelessly is worth it to me. Keeps cables out of the way. Carplay in the tacoma is long overdue and it makes a world of difference.

    One issue that i've been having is with the GPS antenna. In that first image you can see I jammed underneath the dashboard without having it on the dashboard. It's been acting oddly and I can't quite figure out what the issue is (i'm assuming some sort of interference somewhere).

    The tilt is adjustable but it's a pain to do. for me it's barely noticeable and I prefer it tilted up. Like I said I can't stress enough how much easier it would have been to have paid for professional installation.

    did the unit come with a gps in it?
    i currently have a 2020 with no gps, so im trying to figure out if i need to also purchase a gps antenna with the 7600

    now i just gotta find someone in so cal who can install it
