Hi guys, hope everyone is enjoying the summer and staying safe. So my tires are in need of replacing this fall and I was just wondering what's everyone's preferred choice...the Toyota dealer suggested BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A, thoughts? The thread on these look very aggressive so my concern is noise/ride & gas consumption....any other suggestions?
Mainly city driving in Toronto Canada, but I do go up north so I will drive on those gravel/dirt roads the odd time
    Any suggestions will appreciated

    Thanks

Falken Wildpeaks At3 are a great tire. I'm in London On and that is what I run. I use a P rated tire which is great around town but works great on the trails.

BFG T/A's are god awful loud, they are suggested by lots of dealers but my dealer won't sell them, we've actually had people return them. or are my suggestions for Toronto and occasional back roads.

    ummm .....ya.
If you want a well balanced A/T ...with gas mileage and no noise...your are asking a lot. You can't have your cake and eat it too. However like a few have indicated, going with a P rated A/T will reduce weight helping your MPG. Noise is something that can be cured by the volume of your stereo. . . once again the P rater tire will provide a softer ride that a LT.
I actually run a P rated Duratrac for the winter and find them a good all around tire.
