actually thats only partially correct and should be a learning moment for Lando and McLaren . Whereas Mercedes told Hamilton to pit even though he initially protested , McLaren said "what do you think about inters Lando?" , giving the driver the option to decide . The team has more situational awareness especially with respect to weather radar / spotting , so they should have just demanded he pit as Mercedes did . They would have won the race .

Or the team get a better weatherman to interpret the weather radar.

They also didn't tell him the rain would get worse, which probably didn't help in his decision making.

Awesome race! As others have said, probably the most entertaining of the season so far.

Bottas just letting Max fly by... didn't see that coming. Later he said he didn't see him coming up so quickly? Not sure if I buy that. Still a good race going from 16th to 5th.

Norris, i sorta feel like he screwed himself. He could have came in the lap after Hamilton and had nothing to lose but everything to gain. Once Hamilton comes in there is no risk to pitting (except maybe a bad pitstop)... both would have been on new Inters for the remaining 3 laps... most likely not enough time for Hamilton to pass him.

Kimi making a good showing after missing the last two races. Lots of nice surprises for different drivers throughout the grid.

We can speculate all day long. He gambled that the rain wouldn't be too bad, allowing him to hang on, unfortunately it opened up so he lost. Mercedes made the right call, Lando did not.

When HAM pitted I was thinking to myself how bad an idea it was; he and Lando had 40 seconds on third place, and only a few laps left. I was exactly wrong.

Great, entertaining race. VER really lucked into 2nd place, was all set for 6th or 7th until the rain. Good call by the team to get him on inters.

Sergio Perez driver of the day! He fricken held off Lewis straight up. Yes Lewis was struggling a bit but still that was epic.

Hopefully Max and Checo can continue to keep Lewis off the podium. That's all I want.

But is Lewis struggling this year or is his car not the fastest car on the grid by far for the first time in a while? I think there are a lot of better drivers than Lewis, they are just in slower cars.
