Looks like good ol sugar to me… I’ve seen this a few times. People suck. $1200 isn’t a terrible price. But I’d see if insurance may be willing to get involved? I’m not sure what I’d do if I were in your shoes.

My truck has been in New Mexico since 2005 in southern part of the state. Every spring we have the spring winds and sand storms. I haven't had sand get in my tank.

The best pranks are the ones that are so obscure that they eat away at you over time from the inside, until one day you just go postal.

put a potato under someone's pillow for instance. They'll go crazy trying to figure it out

insurance should cover vandalism, that way he’d only be out his deductible. That’s the way I’d go.

I’ve heard of the bolognia before lol

Yeah, that’s the only thing I could think of. Someone hates me or it was my trip to NM. Turns out some fucker just hates me

I approved the service. Ima call my insurance company to see what they say. Had it been anything else, I would’ve brought it home to fix myself. but I’m scared shitless of whatever that is. Last thing I need is a blown engine.

Didn’t think so either, but figured I’d ask you guys. For what it’s worth, it was a nice trip. Hit a crazy San/rain storm at white sands NP.

I put some of this powder in my tank, hoping for another 100HP. Didn’t clog the pump, but my truck made some serious gains.

It was a good time! I was surprised at how much we got to see in NM. Went to white sands, Carlsbad caverns, saw the giant pistachio, then headed to northern NM.

Good news is the sugar usually doesn’t hurt the injectors. Because it doesn’t dissolve and just solidifies. The little filter sock prevents most of the shit from getting into the injectors.

But I’d still want to run some cleaner through them .

Man. I feel like I’m in a state of distress.. everything is blowing up in my head right now

I believe they were going to flush the lines so hopefully the injectors are good. If anything it might be worth changing them out when I get the truck back.

Sugar was an old school vandalism thing. Didn’t think people did it anymore. Same as bananas in the exhaust or sand in the oil.

That's Funny. The Giant Pistachio LOL!!!! You should have made a stop in Lincoln on your way down Hwy 70 you went right by it. A lot of good history there about New Mexico and Billy The Kid. Most of the Town of Lincoln is still the same as it was back then.

Here I thought my Poor truck was going to shit and turns out it’s some jackass screwing with me.

I found out afterwards! There’s actually a few things I missed up north as well. I was pretty stoked about the pistachio though:rofl:BA0520E3-21FB-4084-A24B-8B68CFCACD98.jpg
