One for the road and one for the dirt is always fun :)

Well, more like one heavier for the highway winds and one lighter for the back trails. Anything will generically do “road” riding.

Nice bike !! Evo’s last forever, had 156k on my 90 when I sold it, cases were never touched either, base gaskets, that’s another story, dealer did them 3 times, I finally did it the last time, no leaks.

Yup, except I only do roads to get to dirt.

So I basically just want a dirt bike and a dual sport

Sounds like perfection to me. I could live with nothing but dual sports for sure.
Except these days I do 100-300 mile weekend trips home to see my family and it’s a lot nicer on a road bike than a thumper kite haha

Thinking it might be too loud haha

    EDIT:

This muffler was advertised as 2” tubing going to a 2.5” collector and then a 3.5” muffler body…

I measured the collector end that ready for the 2-1 tube and a clamp and it’s definitely not 2.5” but exactly 3” wide…

This puts a bit of a kink in my exhaust plans. Do you think it would be too much of a transition for a collector to go from 1.75” pipe through a 2-1 into a 3” pipe? I thought I could bring the two into a 2.5” collector but man, 3” is drastic.

    A bunch..and no build thread!
Most bikes I ever owned at once was 5.

Now I have 2 (Harley and a track bike).

Much happier with one on-road bike.

    Team Red. No more Ducati.

not sure if @uurx told you guys, but on my honeymoon, got into an accident and totaled my wife's car. We just got back now. Saw some bikes on the trip. The weather was great this week. But that's about all that was great

We got home safely, in a rental. Now the task of returning it to Massachusetts, because Enterprise doesn't do 1 way rentals.
