Goodmorning mechanics and builders and fixers of things.:pccoffee:
I met the new hire yesterday afternoon.
Too early to draw a picture, but for certain I'll have lots of training opportunities.

Well I hope you made it through the day.

I was always a little leery when a new person started with the crew .

Goodmorning crew. Yeah, hope that Creed is doing alright. I guess just kind of assume that he is fine and just detaching from phone and internet and being closer with family.
But yes, pray it's not something bad.
Hopefully he'll stop in and say hello soon.
New coworker with me and I think he'll work out good. He has a bit more training this AM before he's back today. That's just his general access training. He'll have years of training. Even if I don't stick around this place much longer.

I think a good word to describe employment here, the part that burns me out....
    Hypocrisy.

Your edit plays into the situation here too. The pay for the area (or any area) is hard to top for a trades person and in general all fields here. Not many other places pay a custodian $20.00 a hour I don't think (example).
If I can just stomach the BS for 4 years....
