Chevy, Dodge, and GMC all have a full line of trucks...Ford also has a full line of trucks, and they sell more of them. No lies there...that is the truth.

wtf is "projected resale value?" Who projected this resale value? Ford? I always think thats a funny line since toyota CURRENTLY have higher resale value.

And Ford F-series trucks out sell other truck series, so it isnt a shady or misleading statement. Its not like they are saying "All Ford F-series trucks from 1950-2011 combined out sold the 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT". They are stating that F-series out sell all Rams/Silverados/etc no matter trim package/engine/drivetrain.

Cover King Seat Covers, WeatherTech Liners, PopNLock, storage bin locks, N-Fab Step bars, and G4 Elite Tonneau cover.

That's all based on the assumption that a Ford Fusion will actually still be running in 5 years. A running Fusion may be worth more just because running ones will be scarce by then and a running Toyota will be as common as fleas on a dog.

I've heard from many sources that the f150 is the best selling "Vehicle" in the USA. As in any kind of car, truck, suv, minivan etc.

Companies advertise against their main competition. Why do you think the domestics rail at the Camry and Accord whenever pimping their own family sedan options?

I remember in college I worked at Best Buy briefly in computer sales. It was a new store, so all the merch reps came by to brief us on their shit. The HP rep's presentation was basically a 60 minute "Dell sucks" rant. Gee, wonder if Dell was outselling them at the time?

The Big 3 have taken notice of Toyota because Toyota's assault on full-size pickups was serious. They danced to the traditional tune and did it well...they came with a beefier engine, newer trans, and some monstrous parts (brake discs, ring gear, etc.) and made a splash, capturing something like 15% of the market. No wonder the domestics took notice. Wouldn't you?

The big 3 know where they stand vs. one another, but Toyota's place is uncertain. And no doubt their ability to take over market segments is proven (Camry, Corolla). Ford is going to hit them as hard as they can, because they have the biggest slice of the pie to lose.

And I must say, Ford has been doing a damn good job with product design and implementation lately. Competition in the free market actually working like it's supposed to...what a novel idea.

The place where I work has two ford trucks and they are both piles of sh!t. The quality of the materials that they use for the interior are very poor and I'd be surprised if the trucks last more than 5 years. All of these commercials about how "great" ford is are lies and yeah, the commercials are annoying
