Anyone using bilstein 5100’s with stock coil springs on their 4 banger Tacoma’s? If so give me your experience and your thoughts on it.

Yes. They shouldn't be much different on your 4 banger vs a V6 if that's what you're wondering. I have had them on my regular cab for 3ish years/55k miles. They ride good and are better quality than factory or parts store shocks but it depends what you want. Are you wanting to get the 5100s to level/lift the front end or just replace factory shocks?

Level it, so what do you have yours set to?

When I still had my stock coils, I had the bilsteins set to the 1st notch above factory ride height. Like .85 or whatever the actual height increase is. The truck was more or less level with the inclusion of the tsb leaf pack. It settled slightly a couple months later and maybe had a very slight rake. This is how my truck sat after about 2 years of running that setupIMG_20200509_175329.jpg
