You live in Florida right? Why are you lifting your truck? That makes as much sense as me watering my lawn in October, and I live in the Pacific North Wet.

No no, remember you always have to get the internets permission to do anything you want to something you own.

*ignore people who say that, lifted trucks in FL are great.

I own my wet yard, but makes no sense to water it. It serves no purpose.

If you cheaply lifted your truck just for the looks, that also serves no logical purpose.

    Go you? :notsure:

@NorNev suggested a great idea for diagnosing the issue. If you install the stock tires and wheels and the shake goes away then it is clearly an issue with the aftermarket wheels and tires. If it doesn't go away, then you have a suspension or driveline problem.

Being as they aren't after market or bigger tires, a regular balance should suffice? Or should I still go road force?
Also since my tpms are in the visions should I have em swap them over to the stocks just to drive down the road for a few miles or can I get by with my truck screaming at me that my truck has four flats

I just installed one on my buddy's truck when we put his lift on his 2020 the other day. We used the OME one. I don't recall what I put on my truck 165K ago.

I will say I'm super impressed at the beads for my truck. I had Grabber AT2's in the past, was my second set. Couldn't get one of them balanced well. Wore them flat and recently put on some Ridge Grapplers (285/75/16). Threw in 4 oz of beads into each tire and no outside weights to loose. No complaints, in fact I was pretty surprised.

What does putting on the stockers have to do with balancing? Put them on and see if the shake goes away. This is an easier way of diagnosing then swapping out more suspension components!

Tires are sitting on the wheels but not aired up. I believe the tire shop took my tpms out of the stocks and put them in the visions. They've been sitting for 2 and a half years.

If they have not been removed, then they should not need a balance. Make sure they hold air. They would only be for a quick trip.

Air them up and run them. Eliminate the tires/wheels ,then move to suspension or drivetrain.

    Have you replaced the shocks??

Tire cupping is typically caused by worn shocks. Worn shocks are not able to stop the wheel from bouncing. Each time the tire hits the pavement, it skips a bit of rubber off. As the cupping becomes worse, so will the shaking.

IMHO, you are chasing ghosts digging into your lift.

The same will happen to your new tires. Rotating the cupped tires will not alleviate the problem.

I had a vibration like yours on my GMC 3500 and it kicked my ass for a while. I first thought something was bent since during one of our blizzards the truck was pushing snow and I came in contact with a downed pole that was burred. The wheel had a rather large chunk break off by the rim. I was sure that was the problem. This is what I did:

-When to 20's and new tires/alignment. Didn't work, sold wheels and tires. Didn't lose money so that was good. Had these balanced several times. No luck.
-Found another set of factory take off wheel and tire package (18's). Didn't work, kept tires/wheels. balanced several times. No luck.
-Tried balancing beads. I hate those flippen things. Did not work and spent a lot of money on the beads/getting them vacuumed out.
-I even checked run out on rear axle hubs, front bearing hubs, and anything possibly remotely bent. No luck.

At this point, I was seriously considering selling my truck and buying a new L5P 3500. I then went back to basics and started over. What else could possibly cause these kinds of vibrations that balancing beads couldn't smooth out at 20K miles? Then it hit me. Shocks.

Truck runs smooth with some new Bilstein shocks and centramatics. I'm at 70K miles now and still smooth.

I'm assuming either alignment or damaged front struts from a nasty pothole. The cupping was the front so I ditched the stock struts with spacers and got the RC 3 inch struts maybe 2 months ago. Did an alignment after that and another after the wild peaks 2 weeks ago.
But the shake is in the rear as the steering wheel isn't noticeably shaking I feel it all over.

Swap in those stock tires, it'll let you know for sure if it's the lift or the tires.

Check the lug seats and hub bore for wear.
You might have a wheel(s) where the lug circle does not coincide with the hub circle. Lug centric and hub centric are fighting each other.
